Rock coloration

Ok so as you can see the top of the rock is turning almost lime green. It was just a little last night but is over the whole top of the rock. What is it? And there is a little blob you can see next to the clown. Any help is great!

Best pic sorry. It's kinda flat, white and grey? Purple? Hard to say under the light. But it wasn't there last night!

Ive been watching it all day and it has not moved. BUT, you cansee that its something on the rock thats alive and not growing on the rock

My first thought was a sponge but since it is hard it isn't that.

My best bet is that it is one of those small starfish thingies... Dunno why it's not moving though

its not, since it appeared it hasnt moved at all and like I said its rock hard....so Im not sure
