shrimp Id please

Sorry if it is hard to make out but I had trouble getting this guy to stop flying around my tank. He is in the middle top of the picture. It is real small and light colored and this is the first time I have seen him, when I came home late and turned on the light he was scurrying around.

Looks like an amphipod to me.
