I've just noticed today that some of my live rock is growing some mushroom looking things all over it and some other has some reddish spots. I have to damsels in the tank. It's a 55 gallon tank has about 90lbs of live rock and live sand. Got my water tested today and all my levels are normal. Can someone please tell me what this is? Oh the damsels have been in 2 days

The brownish globs are tube worms called "spionid worms". They are harmless.
I moved this to "Saltwater and Reef Identification" for you.
