I got something very similar looking and it was a white branching sponge, don't have any idea if there is a real name. Has this rock been in your tank for a long time? Did you just get it and if so was it from a shaded area. Or now exists in a shaded area?

It was in a shaded area but then I moved a rock and moved the light and out of no where it started branching but it's been in my tank since I started the aquarium over a year ago
