Starfish or something else?

Yesterday i found this in my tank. It's actual size is about an inch. I have no idea what it is, it looks sort of like a starfish, but i don't see how it could have possibly gotten there. anyone got any idea?

it is, probably asterina starfish, they're hitchhikers on your LR and usually harmless, though they will reproduce quite a bit
