Starry blenny?

This guy was tagged as a starry blenny at the lfs. I'm not so sure about this. He looks more like a lawnmower but could also be something else. Any help?

Possibly, or a red spot, perhaps a Molly Miller blenny?

Doing a quick review other possibilities are wolf, hair lipped, tompot or tentacled

It looks like a starry or a leopard blenny the more I look at it- it's not a sailfin/algae blenny

It's too spotted and the fins are different

I agree with Herp_mommy, Salarias ceramensis (Ceram or Seram Blenny).
