strange octopus looking thingy

first i dont even know what this thing is that showed up in my tank. Im in the process of cycling my tank with LR and when i came home today from work it the light was off.. So i decided to turn it on, just to see how its doing and i notice 5 tentacles that looked like an octupus but with no head. I apologize for not getting any pictures cuz it seemed like it was afraid from the light and swam under the rock pretty quick.

any clues what this could be??

any help would be greatly appreciated .

nevermind i have figured it out. . after searching on this forums and saw some pictures it seems like its called mini brittle stars. from the website im looking it this is a good thing for my tank.

Yes I would have suggested brittle worms. Good janitor.
