Strange pink "thing" on my live rock....

I have not added anything to my tank for years with the exception of changing out my crushed coral for live sand these past two weeks. However I just noticed a pink "thing" on my live rock, and i just noticed a couple more today. I have no clue as to what they are, they are very small, around 1/8", here is a large picture and then a closeup...

Cleaners: 1 blue-legged Hermit, 5 assorted small crabs, 6 nassarius snails, 2 bumblebee snails and 5 Trochus snails.

I have coraline algae similar in color to that.
