Strange stuff on LR

Can anyone tell me what this stuff is on my LR?
Is it bad or good?
If bad what is the best way to get rid of it so it will not come back?

Correct me if i'm wrong....Spaghetti worms? If so, they are harmless.

I don't think it is Spaghetti worms those string like things are coming out of a spongey substance on the LR but I could be wrong.

It's just part of the sponge. I have some sponges that send out "creepers" just like that.

Never saw those do that before. Very cool. All I have are these lime green sponges all over the tank that just sit there and filter.

If they started out as small spirals they are probably Spirorbid worms
