Super small clear bugs?

I can't even take a pic there so small. The best way to describe them would be, termite like??? Anyone?

I looked it up last night, figure it was some sort of pod. Good or bad?

Probably an amphipod or isopod. Most isopods are harmless but some are parasites. I wouldnt worry about it.
