Tiny white dots... Flatworms?

Noticed these just now. They are only one on rock it seems. I don't think they move unless its super slow and unnoticeable. They look like tiny white misshapen dots. I know they are probably hard to see but the I'm hoping someone can help. They are about the size of a dot that a thicker Sharpie would make. Thanks in advance!

They stick out a TINY bit but they are smooth. Not like a sponge IMO. They are only one one rock and my nerite snail is also on that rock and I looked up the eggs and they are similar but I'm not positive.

My turbo snails laid eggs not to long ago. Now I have about 50 turbo snails the size of a eraser tip on a pencil scouring my tank. And like 90 asternia stars which I think are ugly -.-
