Unknown fish

I know this is gonna sound a little funny but i ordered a tailspot blenny and i am unsure if that is exactly what i received. Could anyone help me identify this fish?

That doesn't look like the tail spot pictures I have seen.
Kind of looks like an orange spot blenny .Hard to say ?
