Unknown leather coral

Hey guys need some help identifying a coral a friend gave me. I just got this coral from a friend that wanted me to take it as he moved his tank. However he didnt know the specific name or family the coral comes from. He only knows that it is a leather coral of some type. Here are some pics if you could bounce some ideas off me for what you think it is that would be great! Happy reefing.

Hard to tell from pic, but id say tree coral of some sort?

Ill have to snap a pic of it when I get off work. He has opened a little but I don't know what the flow should be exactly.

They dont need a whole whole lot if it is a tree coral
