Unknown worm/sea cucumber/ sea slug?

I found this was on my LR. It is Tan with pink markings and a blue eye/head. No hairs or bristles or bumps on it. The texture of it kind of reminds me of corn on the cob...little squares. Does anyone know what it is?

Thanks!

yeah, I'm leaning towards it being a sea cucumber also. I just wonder what kind and if I should dispose of it. I know there are some that if they die can poison a tank.

If you read the link, that type does not poison the tank if it dies. There are others that do, and they have "spines" from what i've read/seen.
