unknown worm thingy

Wow, I've had my tank running for over a year with nothing added and I just spotted this guy tonight! He looks like a type of worm, moves like a worm. But he's also got a thing on it's head (or tail) that makes it look like a feather duster (hard to see in the pics). These are the best pics I could get while he was slithering around like a snake. Any guesses?

Looks like a duster worm that left it's tube. Either he's left to die or found the last home suddenly undesirable and is looking for new realestate.
