Weird Creatures in my Tank

i have a bunch of flea like animals and other wierd things like worm-like stuff, the weird ugly slug/snail thingys... i always wanted copepods but never wanted these... i do buy rocks with them on it sometimes... what are they and what do they do, harmful?

thanks helps alot... one that doesnt have in the site... a weird ugly slug/snail thingy... ughhh im grossed out (sea spiders)
