Weird long skinny blue worm with two heads??

Looked everywhere and can't find an ID on this. comes out at night.
is quick to retract when the lights go on but i did manage to get a very good shot of it. it always comes from the hole on the right. the two flat things on the left is its head(s).. lol. it can stetch out to about 15cm at least.

Looks like a spoon worm. Perhaps Bonellia viridis?

BINGO! That's deffinately what it is! Any knowledge on whether they are aqaurium safe??

from what ive read they're not dangerous at all, fish just think they taste bad

Should be fine, it's actually a pretty cool find as you don't see them too often in aquariums.
