weird worm

ok come home today from a trip and seen this little guy coming out of a rock. so i got the tweezers out and when i grabbed him he ripped in half and started squirting white stuff all over. he loked like a fireworm but white

Can you describe the worm a bit more. I can't tell much from the photo. Fireworms do come in a yellow color but does he have white fizzy brush type things on it's sides? Or maybe scarce bristles? Any tentacles coming from the head?

yeah he had some white bristels coming from his side and little black tenacles. then when i got close to him he squirted white stuff from his skin

Sounds like a fireworm.
