What are these?

If they don't rub off then I would say that it's just a slightly different stage of your coralline algae. If they rub off then I would say it's a type of sponge.
 
Actually, I just found some bubble algae, ick! But the things I'm seeing are not that. They are almost like bloated coralamorphs(spl?). They are soft and like little flattened bubbles. They're mostly pink, but some have purple markings on them and some have random purple spots. Here is another image of a different set, you can see them more clearly. I've circled them in yellow.
 
It could be a mushroom coral, but more then likely a sponge of some type.
