What are these white things on the glass??

Do they look like little shells? Probably spirobid worms.

It's hard to tell they're so little. If that's what they are though, do we need to worry about them?

Completely harmless, they are a filter feeder and sign of a good system.

Looking at them closer- I found some on my LR too. It looks like the spirorbid worms.
