What could be on my live rock??

I just barely noticed this growing on a rock shaded by a monti cap. Its white and stringy looking growing in a really curvy weird pattern. All I have is a cellphone picture but its better then nothing

I am not seeing it in the pic, can you point us towards where you see the problem?

Its right in the center of the picture. It looks like a whitish half circle covering part of the rock. I need to find a better camera and get a picture

Looks like it might possibly be tube worms of some sort. That or an odd looking spaghetti worm.

seems like its growing outward but I just noticed it yesterday. It looks like when corals extend the long super stringy tentacles at night when fighting other corals for space. But they arent moving or anything just stuck on the rock there. I even blew on it with a turkey baster to see if its attached, it is.

Its not a hard tube or anything, it looks soft for sure. Its in a squiggly brain like pattern.
