Looks like a polychaete/feather duster worm. Harmless filter feeder.

I googled polychaete and I see there are hundreds of species.

There are a ton of them but you'd need someone who specializes in marine worms as well as some very detailed shots of it's mouth and other parts to get an ID on it. Either way though it's not something to concern yourself with. Just one of those really cool critters who find their way into our tanks. Enjoy.
