What fish was this?

The other day I bought fish to eat from a local fisher man. In his store I saw this fish skeleton and I am very curious to know what kind of fish it is. I believe it is salt water, if anyone could help that would be great. Thanks!

Looks to be an old longhorn cowfish.

I don't think it's one of the Indo-Pacific cowfishes, as it looks more like Acanthostracion quadricornis (scrawled cowfish) from the Atlantic.

It is a scrawled cow fish I caught one and dried it out. It looks identical. (Except mine is a little bit more cracked from the sun)
