I can't tell from the picture, but look up feather dusters, they are worms in tubes, that have a feather crown

No no it's not a feather duster I know those this looks like just a yellow circle transparent sorta but just a circle

I'm sorry I put yellow it's definely orange, if it helps it looks like a transparent orange suction cup
