Kind of hard to see but it opens up like that and then also closes.

can you get a better pic?

If it goes into a tube like thing it may be a type of feather duster, as far as i know harmless filter feeders.

does it look to have whisps or feathers, or is it all one. look up black feather duster on google images and see if yours looks similar

It's a feather duster/ tube worm harmless filter feeder you will end up with new ones all the time when you ad me corals and stuff
