What is this?

Ive noticed this a few days ago as it popped up in the middle of the glass and didnt move for couple days as i watched. But latley its been jammin around anyone knows what it is/ is it good or should i take it out? Looks like a really small starfish cut in half but i cant get that good of details in the picture

Looks like a stomatella snail. Harmless and eat algea! They usually come from your live rock.
