What is this??

I noticed a few of my rocks have short (>1/4") white hairs on them, its almost a fuzz covering the rocks. I've checked google, and couldn't find any definative help.
I'm away from my tank for a few days, and didn't get any pictures of this fuzz. https://www.google.com/search?q=whit...MpTW3rOfaYM%3A If you dollow this link it will bring you to a google picture of the fuzz.

Thanks to everyone who has helped me in my new adventure this far.
