What is this?

Ever since I put GARF grunge in my tank I have noticed little brown bugs all over my class cleaning it. They kind of look like the ghosts that pac-man ate in the video game. They are oval with a cut out on the bottom like this



Is this bad or good or what? Should I call up GARF and bitch at them for what they put in my tank? PLease let me know.

Looks like flatworms.
You'll want to get rid of them. I've heard flatworm exit works well.

I had a flatworm problem and flatworm exit worked great. You will need to put a rush on getting rid of them because the reproduce very quickly. I got my flatworm exit from marine depot and it was pretty cheap.
