It's a bad pic I know, but it's the best i could do (thought I was gettin a camara, but it'll hafta wait until after New years : (. Anyways it has a cone shaped shell. Is it harmless?

That looks like the underside of a turbo snail.

naw, this isn't a turbo...it's shell is almost flat....but in the center it comes to a point

It is a Limpet. Probably a Keyhole Limpet, since those are very common on LR.

Fairly harmless, just keep an eye on it as some people have reported they can munch on Coraline.
