What is this?

I have doing a major clean up of my reef, due to a giant cyano outbreak I noticed the things popping up at night from my substrate. here is pic any idea what they are?

That certainly is interesting. Good shot. It seems to look like it's a type of worm judging by the way it seems ancored into the substrate. As of what type, I've no clue, but I don't think it poses any danger.

It was just weird seeing them all the sudden. You can't see them during the day. I figured they weren't any harm but would be nice to know what they were I have a nice digital camera even though it is pretty outdated LOL thanks
