What is this bug?(I'm new to the hobby)

I have this bug in my tanks and I was wondering what it is and if I should be worried? Also what is this purple algae? How do I get rid of it?

You're in for a rough time if you are gonna worry about all the bugs you're gonna see

That's an amphipod. Harmless scavenger that ends up as food for fish.

That algae looks like it might by Cyano. What are the parameters of your tank?

Haha I thought it was but I didn't want it do be dangerous toy fish or anything,
Parameters are ammonia 0, phosphate 0, nitrate 10mg/l, nitrite 0, salinity 1.02
