Cyphastrea. Looks fine.
Yep definitely cyphastrea. Looks fine to me it will grow by encrusting over the plug and rock.

Well, it has receded slightly from the edge since I got it. I had some nitrates but fixed that. Not sure if I have too much light or not enough. Got 4 t5 bulbs over 20 long. 2 10k and 2 actinic.
Oh I see the recession now. Nitrates were probably the cause. 4 bulbs should do fine for it, mine sits at the top of my tank under a kessil 150 and grows super fast. Here's mine
