What is this red bubble algae?

What is this, is it dangerous and how do you get rid of it? It's red bubbles and is spreading through the tank. Thanks!

Be careful when you remove that algae, I would do it outside of the tank if possible to remove the rock. It has a slime on the inside of the bubbles that when popped, will spread spores all over your tank. Trust me, lol. It is not easy to get rid of, so take care when removing it.
