No, he's more of a grey color and he's top fin is bright orange striped

I thought I had it but the tail was the wrong color.
You may want to check through this list: Surgeonfish,Tangs, Unicornfish, Doctorfish, Marine Aquarium Fish Family: Acanthuridae

Def not an Atl. Blue. They are a circular fish while the one pictured is more elongated.
