White cacoon thingy on lr

I know it is not the best picture but does anyone have any ideas on what the white thing is that is in the 'hole' in my live rock. It looks like a white cacoon with a tuft of tiny white hairs on the end surrounding a hole.

Hmm ...not sure, I have a couple of those too so I'll be watching the replies. They kind of look like egg sacks from a spider.

Hard to tell from the picture but it sounds like a q-tip sponge.
