I recently set up my aquarium and noticed some white stuff on one of the rocks. It's actually bubbled in one spot. Could anyone help me identify what this is and if I should be concerned or not.

It is probably just some die off of a sponge, plant or squirt. It appears to be a very small area so I wouldn't worry unless the spot continues to grow. You also can take a siphon hose with some rigid tubing on the end and siphon it out of your tank. If there are multiple spots, I'd just siphon them out so they don't raise the ammonia level in the aquarium as they are decaying matter.
In the future, pictures under white light are more helpful when making identifications.
