There is no way to tell from that photo, I would lean that way based soley on the fact that I can see some scutes sticking out past the mantle, but I'd really need to see it from the side and I'd need to see the hinge to be sure.

It's most likely a maxima, but it's really too small to be 100% sure, but I'd be 95% sure it's a T maxima.
