Who is this little guy i found in my tank

Found this cute little fella when I had a bit of a rearrange in my tank, no idea where he came from or if he is a goodie or a baddie, any advice most grateful.

Looks more like a type of porcelain crab to me. It's white so it's probably a good guy. Typically, the lighter colored crabs are good, as long as they don't have dark claws, like dark green or black or red. Those are usually the predatory crabs.
