wierd creature in my tank please help

i have a simple 30 gallon saltwater tank with a tang and a pair of clowns.....i recentlly noticed that in my tank there are these little creatures, orange in color and they look ike octapus tentacles...there seem to be shooting out these striny things and im assuming they are trying to reproduce....what the crap are they and they are everywhere...please help.

Are they under the sand? Maybe a spaghetti or Mason worm, I have themin my live sand.

I agree, they are spaghetti worms. Harmless and beneficial to your system.

sweet...yes they are in the sand and all in the rocks. Thanks for you help.
