Worm identification - Not sure what this is?

We have this worm growing out of our LR. We noticed it about two weeks ago but rock has been in for three months. It seems to retreat back into the hole at periods of rest. When out it pokes around in the sand and stretches out. Thanks for any help.

That's a peanut worm. Harmless.
