Exclamation worm like things on liverock HELP!

are these critters something to worry about there very little and brown to tan in color they kinda slither around on my live rock they almost look like tiny dog hairs or something i would put pics up but i dont know how

i think iv figured it out i think there called planaria whether they are good or bad idk

Planaria are flat worms .. they are bad ... I had some I siphioned them out daily .. eventually they were gone .. You can use a product called flat worm exit .. read the directions very carefuly . Have lots of carbon on hand , when they die they can/do release toxins into the H20 column ..
It took me about 3 months to irridicate them from my tank by siphioning ..
