Worm/shrimp thing?

It's the weirdest thing. I was taking down my 3G Pico and now this guy is the only thing left in there. Saw him crawling around. It looks like a worm but it also looks like a shrimp with puncher things and has weird pointy legs.

Not concerned about it because they're in a tank I'm tearing down just curious as to what they are.

Any ideas?
