I'm obcessed with my new yellow leather. I stare at it constantly. Today I noticed a sort of stalk thing coming out of the main stalk. Does anyone know what this is? It appears to be rigid.. It doesn't bend with the water flow as far as I can tell... I'm hoping it's the start of reproduction..
:)
thanks

It appears to be a vermetid gastropod. It's a harmless snail that lives within the tube. Closer inspection may show two tiny antennea, unless the tube is abandoned.

You`ll be in charge of the reproducing when he gets bigger. Fragging is a wonderful thing.
