Just done a bit of gardening and cleaned off some brown leaves, most of my rocks are covered in diatoms but the co2 is definatley makin a big difference. My plants are going green again and my nitrates seem to be coming down now so i assume the plants are soaking them up. my ph has come down to about 6.7 with approx 5 bps of co2. I had to remove and rearrange some plants but i dont know if its noticable really. But thanks for the comments so far. just cant wait for next pay day so i can swap the t8s for t5s and get some reflectors.
