thanks ..its been running 2 yrs now but have had both salt and freshwater for 35 yrs just getting into the planted aquariums myself. So far im useing a eheim 2217 filter a 9 watt coralife uv sterilizer.lights consist of coralife 2x65 pcs and 110 watt nova extreame HO t5s and my diy co2 is run off a aquaclear powerhead

i just upgraded to pressurized system now the plants are going to grow

also will do a big trim so they have room to grow

all i used befor was two 2 litre bottles diy for co2 i like not having to make new brew every week.

How long did you go without co2? How much better the growth with the pressure system? As I am in the design and build stage of a 55, do you know of any sites where one could view slide shows of many aquaria? Both your tank and photography are stunning, good job.

tnks slakker. i allways used the diy co2 since i upgraded the lights . i find the growth the same no matter diy or pressurized but more stable with the pressurized.
