What a colorful addition! Is this type of botia a hider or more social?

This is my 2nd angel botia.. They both acted the exact same, hiding in a small nook in a piece of driftwood for about 6 weeks. Then they just come out and pretty much hang out most of the day. The brighter lights and new home makes them hide for a while..
