Ok a question about Blennies... I have been looking at getting one and had a few questions

Should one QT blennies as usual???

How long should one wait before aquiring a blenny???

Anything else that one should know about???

Been looking at getting a scooter blenny lately..

TIA,
James

My Blennie finally came out for a decent picture. He was really hamming it up so I got some great pics.

I think he is a sailfin algae Blennie, it was sold to me from LFS as a "Lawnmower", is this just a generalized nickname for any algae eating Blennie or what? According to the pics I have seen, he really looks like a Sailfin Algae Blennie to me.

I think most blennies eat algae so you will want plenty of algae for them to graze on....One more thing a scooter blenny is NOT a true blenny it is a dragonette like a mandarinfish and will benifit from having live rock so that he will have pods to graze on
