Frank, those pics transported me back to the days when I was taking chordate embryology!(y)

Please tell me, what make/type of lens are you using?
Are you using a ringlight flash or backlighting?
All manual or program?

I shopping for a digital camera and right now the EOS 10D has my full attention!

Heh, poor lil bugger can barely see over that big fat yolk sac!

Hi. This particular set of pics were taken w/the Canon 10D, the Canon 100mm Macro and the Canon 550EX Speedlight, used off-camera. Additionally, I used an old slide film light-box for back-lighting. All pics shot in fully automatic exposure mode w/manual focus.

I appreciate everyone's kind words. - Frank/Guppyman

All of your photo's are amazing. I had to squint to see my cory fry. Once they started to develop a little I could see the fins really well etc.

Thanks for sharing these. I really appreciate it.
