I've come to the realization that cichlids are just awesome so lets post some pics of all the different types and there names!

These are my Archocentrus sp. "Cutteri" otherwise known as blue-eyed cichlids. They are Central American and can be found in the waters of Honduras. These pictures were taken in January when I first giot them. I can take some updated pictures and post them later.

They are all african if you look in my profile pictures you'll see more. Most of mine don't have all the adult colors yet. That pic is of my male I have a female aswell

Wow- I'm amazed at your tanks! They are beautiful!!! love the cichlids! Makes me want a bigger tank! is that a red ear slider hanging around with the fish? Crazy!!!

Not sure how many I have but I started with something like 25, now I'm pretty sure I have 50 or so. I have all the names and how many of the original ones somewhere around here. I want to set up a few more tanks one for shell dwellers and one for sa cichlids. But for me the saltwater has to come first. Glad yall like
