My Gouramis were sitting pretty still for me.

This is a Dwarf Crayfish toddler. When they're babies, they don't have much color and are pretty much completely white. The substrate is pool filter sand, so you can see how small these guys are as babies. There's a blue in the background next to the rock. That is an adolescent, but definitely much larger than the little guy.

Thought I was the only one housing crayfish on this forum!

I've got 4 Cherax Quads I just can't get enough of.
 
Those Gouramis are little piggies, always trying to eat everything. I've developed a sneaky feeding plan to feed other top feeders, while feeding night feeders with the lights off.

I love the Dwarf Crayfish. The reason people probably don't keep them is because they are a threat to the fish. I do have one little deformed Platy in the tank that wouldn't make it in a tank with bigger fish, but he is big enough and strong enough to make it in this tank.
